Get in touch

Email help@orbitmyfamily.com with a short description of what you need. Include your app version and iPhone model when relevant, but never email your password, verification code, or a child’s precise location.

For privacy or deletion requests, use the subject “Orbit privacy request” and tell us which account email you use. We may verify ownership before acting.

Account and family access

If you cannot sign in, sign in again with the same Apple or Google account you used to create the family. Invitations are single-use and expire; ask the organizer for a new code if needed.

Location and notifications

Orbit needs the relevant iOS permissions for location, background updates, calendars, and notifications. Open iOS Settings, select Orbit, and review the permission related to the feature. GPS, battery, connectivity, and iOS background limits can delay updates.

Orbit is not an emergency service. If someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services directly.

Subscriptions

Apple manages App Store billing. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel a subscription. Deleting Orbit does not cancel an active subscription. Inside the app, Family → Subscription shows your plan and when it renews.

Privacy and deletion

You can delete your account from Orbit Settings. Authorized family organizers can delete the family. Read the Privacy Policy for data, retention, permissions, and privacy rights.
