Orbit Plus

One calendar for the whole family

Put practices, pick-ups and plans in one calendar everyone can see, on any phone. Add events in Orbit, or bring in the ones already in your phone's calendar.

On iPhone (iOS 16 or later) and Android (8.0 or later).

Events for one person or everyone

Set who an event is for, where it is and its colour. Kids can add their own events too, and only the person who created an event can change it.

Repeats that match real life

Every weekday, every other Tuesday, the second Tuesday of the month or the last Friday, ending on a date or after a set number of times.

Alerts before it starts

Add up to five alerts to an event, such as a day before and 15 minutes before.

Bring in your iCloud or Google calendar

Each person can share calendars that are already on their phone, from iCloud, Google or Outlook. Orbit copies each event's title and time and keeps them up to date when that calendar changes.

Family calendar: common questions

Does Orbit sync with Google Calendar?
It reads it. If your Google account is on your phone, you can share its calendars in Orbit and the events appear in the family calendar. You edit them in Google Calendar, and Orbit doesn't write back.
Can kids add events?
Yes. Anyone in the family can create events, and only the person who created an event can edit or delete it.
Is the family calendar free?
Adding events and connecting calendars are part of Orbit Plus. Prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play.
